TESTIMONIES
The Conference is really exciting the power of bringing people together, both actors from the [Indo-Pacific] region with Canadians is great. I am learning a lot from the different market perspectives, the different country perspectives that the partners bring around the table is instructive, it's just an incredible networking opportunity."

[The] CIAC2026 events held in Singapore were a reminder of how much the Canada-Asia relationship has evolved and the potential for it to deepen further... It was heartening to see over 600+ participants from across the region, and Canada gathered in eager pursuit of partnership building, knowledge sharing, and strategic dialogue
Shirely Crystal Chua
Founder and Group CEO, Golden Equator (Singapore)
Back from CIAC, the Canada-in-Asia Conference in Singapore, where one thing became clear: partnerships in the region are shifting, fast... CIAC was an opportunity to engage with public and private leaders on how Canada can position itself as a long-term, responsible partner in evolving regional ecosystems [in the Indo-Pacific].
Chanèle Boulet-Gauthier
Director of Strategy and Development, Socodevi (Canada)

ABOUT THE CANADA-IN-ASIA CONFERENCE SERIES
A multi-dimensional innovation platform for Canada-Asia collaboration
The Canada-in-Asia Conference (CIAC) series is a multi-directional engagement platform for Canada-based and Asia-based business leaders, investors, policy-makers, researchers, and innovators from across Asia and Canada to exchange perspectives, knowledge, and ideas, with the goal of facilitating collaborative partnerships.
"At the heart of the CIAC series is a focus on strengthening Canada-Asia partnerships."
At the heart of the series is a focus on strengthening Canada-Asia partnerships. Canadians come to CIAC to deepen their understanding of Asia, and Asian participants attend to gain insight into Canada. As Asia continues to shape the future of global markets, technology, and geopolitics, for Canadians, the ability to engage effectively across the region is more important than ever. Not only that, we believe Canada has a lot to offer. At its core, CIAC is a platform to learn, deepen relationships, align strategies, and co-develop solutions to advance shared goals and shape the future of Canada-Asia engagement.
Now in its upcoming fifth year, CIAC has grown and evolved since its inception, while remaining committed to its core motivation: creating opportunities to form strategic relationships to drive meaningful collaboration between Canada and Asia.
