Additional Information
Are there any business-to-business matchmaking opportunities at CIAC2026?
CIAC2026 will not directly facilitate B2B matchmaking, but the conference will feature a dedicated business-to-business networking space on-site.

We are also working closely with Canadian and Asian governments, trade promotion agencies, and industry associations to bring business delegations from both regions to the conference. To support business-to-business meetings, CIAC2026 features a dedicated B2B space on-site.

Contact ciac@asiapacific.ca if you’re interested in bringing a delegation to CIAC2026.

What is the weather like in Singapore in February?
February in Singapore is quite dry, and temperatures range from 25 to 31 degrees Celsius. Prepare for the possibility of afternoon rain.

Where can we go as tourists?
The Famous Marina Bay Sands with Gardens by the Bay is about a five-minute car ride away. It has a beautiful observatory deck for viewing much of Singapore. If you are looking to do some shopping, Orchard Road (about a 10-minute car ride) is where you’ll want to go. If you would like to find more family-friendly things to do and be close to the water, Sentosa Island would be a good option (about a 15-minute car ride).

We also encourage guests to explore the wide array of side events adjacent to the primary CIAC2026 agenda, including engagements at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada’s Asia Regional Office in Singapore.
