Director of Energy Transition Consulting, APAC,S&P Global Energy (Singapore)

Allen leads S&P Global’s Energy Transition Consulting team in Singapore, providing commercial advisory to regional clients on decarbonization strategies and technologies in APAC markets. He has over 15 years’ experience in management consulting and technical roles across the energy industry in Asia and North America. Allen has worked with energy clients across Asia and Australia on numerous projects in oil & gas as well as energy transition topics such as low-carbon fuels, emissions benchmarking, carbon capture and clean tech supply chains.

Prior to joining S&P Global, Allen worked as a consultant with Schlumberger Business Consulting / Accenture Strategy and Wood Mackenzie in Singapore across oil & gas and energy transition. Prior to consulting he worked as a mechanical engineer in gas & power utilities and in R&D for fuel cells & long duration flow batteries.
