Cheryl Chan is the Group Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer and President, New Ventures, of ST Engineering. Cheryl is responsible for leading the Group’s strategic planning and M&A activities, and its corporate venture capital unit.

On sustainability, she develops and drives the group’s ESG roadmap and action plans and works closely with the group’s businesses to incorporate sustainability considerations into business strategies.

In New Ventures, she drives the capture of new business ventures in adjacent domains and helps to identify and create new opportunities across business areas by building on existing capabilities and strengths.
