A professional with over 25 years of experience in information and communication technology (ICT), Frank stands at the forefront of innovation to lead our Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, and Malaysia offices, together with the Power & Energy business of these offices.

Throughout his career, Frank has consistently delivered complex projects in the transport, ICT, and data centre sectors, earning a distinguished career with a proven track record. With a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration, his approach transcends traditional engineering methodologies, emphasizing cutting-edge digital solutions to transform the industry and create value for clients.

He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the National Taiwan University and an EMBA degree from National Chengchi University.
