Gina Wong

Gina Wong is a globally recognized technology and business leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and innovation across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.

As GM ASEAN at Cohere, she spearheads the company’s expansion across Singapore and Southeast Asia, empowering public- and private-sector enterprises to securely adopt AI.

Previously, Gina served as Head of Global Alliances for Strategic Markets at Kyndryl, where she led partnerships across 40-plus countries and four regions, achieving triple-digit year-on-year growth in signings and revenue. Earlier at Kyndryl, as Managing Director of Singapore, she established the company’s market presence, delivered the highest EBIT improvement globally, and built one of the region’s most skilled teams while championing diversity, inclusion, and CSR initiatives.

Her career spans senior leadership roles at IBM, AWS, Cisco, Avaya, and LEAP (ST Telemedia’s cloud start-up). Notably, she was AWS’s first female Enterprise Sales Leader in Singapore, pioneering cloud adoption for clients such as DBS Bank, Singapore Airlines, and Singapore Stock Exchange. At LEAP, she scaled the start-up from three to 80 employees, securing flagship clients across Asia. 

A trailblazer in technology, Gina was named 2024 CRN Global Channel Women of the Year, profiled in Tatler Asia as a leading female executive, and featured in The Straits Times, Her World, Money FM 89.3, and ETCIO.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from the National University of Singapore, is an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors and serves as Co-Chair of the Women in Business Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
