Ratnesh Bedi

President, Pacific Energy (Singapore)

As president of Pacific Energy since 2011, Ratnesh Bedi leads a portfolio of businesses focused on the world’s most innovative, low-emission natural gas solutions, duly supported by a highly qualified team of professionals across Singapore, Canada, and China.

Together, these businesses form an integrated natural gas value chain that starts with EO100™-certified responsible natural gas supply at Pacific Canbriam Energy in northeast British Columbia and extends to receiving terminals in Jiangsu and Guangdong, China, and gas-fired power plants in Jiangsu, Fujian, and Guangdong provinces. Within this chain, Woodfibre LNG, located in Squamish, British Columbia, near Vancouver, is being developed as the world’s first net zero LNG processing facility.

Ratnesh oversees WLNG’s full lifecycle — from strategy and design to permitting, financing, construction, Indigenous partnerships (including with the Squamish Nation), and community and stakeholder engagement — working closely with their teams on the ground in each geography. Previously, he served as CFO of RGE’s pulp and paper business at APRIL Group and held senior roles with KPMG and Deloitte.

He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
